      Hi Yuri. Thanks for the videos! Just curious, I know you said you’re not a hard core raw foodist, so what % would you say you were?

      hi yuri, you said one should reduce or cut out wheat(e.g. bread)- I don’t fully agree. I think whole grain bread (spelt wheat) is essential because it delivers the important vitamin B, which our body needs.

      Try bee pollen or royal jelly instead. Much better sources of B vitamins.

      20,000 people? Lets say you been working in the field for 10 years. You’d have to ‘work with’ 6 people every day including weekends.

      so what other foods would recomend people eat if they wanted to do a 90% or 80% raw diet?cooked fruits and vegies? what else besides that?

    7. Silent13Assassin on March 20th, 2010 8:31 pm

      @GreenPeaceChanel Im kind of an extremist too, but I tried that and I always felt like I was hungery or my stomach bothered me. Also I never liked cook vegies so I dont know how to go about it… my goal is to eat 90% raw food

      weight lifting is a hobby of mine, is it possible to gain muscle mass with this? you say you get more energy on this diet, so will it make me more explosive in the weight room?

    12. FitOnRaw on August 12th, 2010 7:22 am

      When I first went raw, I spent more time in the kitchen then I did as a cooked vegan preparing raw recipes. Now it takes me just a minute or two to prepare a meal. You can’t get more simple than bananas blended with water! :)

      @yelkaim1
      make sure it’s organic non-pasteurized bee pollen, and please visit the place you’re buying it from, or ask questions about how the bees are treated :)
      Being vegan, I’m opposed to using animals products which they make for themselves, and even though i would never use bee pollen, it eases my conscience to know that the animals are treated fairly, and the majority of the bee pollen/honey is going to THEM, and not us.

      Thank you
      Your annunciation is beautiful

    15. dadoody on September 1st, 2010 1:46 am

      @pointbky – You’ll lose muscle mass with a raw food diet as cooking food makes it more easily digested. Not as much energy is gained from raw food as from cooked food…….and there is much science that backs this up.

      I’m not sure why there is such a big raw food movement, but most of their arguments are based on false science and false reasoning.

      @dadoody lol thanks i was on it for like a week and felt like shit so i went off of it.
